Welcome to LifeBalance Academy. These terms govern your use of services, info products, and goods offered at LifeBalance Academy effective as of January 1, 2025.

1. Services

LifeBalance Academy provides coaching sessions, group workshops, and seminars aimed at improving personal planning and resource management skills. All services are scheduled in advance and delivered by qualified instructors.

2. Info Products

We offer digital guides, tutorials, and online courses in downloadable formats. Access to these materials is granted upon successful payment.

3. Goods

Physical items such as planners, workbooks, and supplementary printed materials are available for purchase. Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Services: Coaching sessions are non-refundable due to dedicated scheduling and instructor preparation. You may transfer a session to another date if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Group workshops are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 7 days before the event.

Info Products: If you are dissatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided that fewer than 20% of the course lessons have been accessed or fewer than 10% of the guide pages have been downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Goods: Eligible merchandise in unopened and resalable condition may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping charges, which are non-refundable. Once items are received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Submit your request via our contact form. Include your order number and details of your request. We will respond within 3 business days to confirm next steps.
